Nicholas Pasquariello is the owner of Cedar Street Barbell, USAPL Club Coach, and a Squat/Bench Press/Deadlift specialist. After spending years in commercial gyms with no strength programs, no direction, and a “one-size-fits-all” model, he learned that strength results come from proper programming and instruction on an individualized basis with an athlete's individual goals in mind. His love and passion for the Iron begun after seeing a huge increase in not only his strength and mobility, but also his overall self-confidence while under the wing of his coach at North Barbell, located in North Philly.

Realizing how strength training could not only change his life for the better but the lives of others, he decided to take the leap and open up Cedar Street Barbell in May of 2018. Coach Nick's goal is to make strength training more approachable and less intimidating for both men and women, while also helping members achieve their own strength training goals. 


Membership Options

Membership at Cedar Street Barbell is on a monthly, recurring basis with full access and unlimited visits to our studio and equipment during open hours. Introduction To Barbell Strength


The Introduction To Strength is a four day course that can be scheduled at your convenience and does not have to be scheduled on consecutive days. During these four one hour courses you will learn safe lifting technique for the Squat, Bench Press, Deadlift, and Overhead Press.
