If you’re looking for technical personal training sessions, Cedar Street Barbell offers one-on-one coaching with a focus on either squat, bench press or deadlift. Each intensive session lasts one hour in our Port Richmond studio and will cover the proper form, technique and execution needed in powerlifting. Once you purchase a session, we’ll contact you to schedule a date/time to come in and train!
